PSYCHOTHERAPEUTIC SERVICES
MY PRACTICE
We seek psychotherapy when we stand at a crossroads. Perhaps we desire more from our relationships, struggle to tame our anxieties, feel adrift, grieve a loss, or fail to shake habits that too often get the best of us. Our challenges may have taken us by surprise recently or been a constant presence through the years.

I work with clients aged 14 and older. My practice focuses on individuals and couples. It addresses difficulties clients experience in the areas of interpersonal relationships, sleep, anxiety, and mood.

I offer four services: individual psychotherapy, couples counseling, cognitive-behavioral therapy for insomnia, and supervision for social workers.
PRACTICE FOR JUSTICE
I'm committed to advancing social justice for those whose identities, cultures, sexualities, and relational orientations are marginalized and oppressed.

Within a therapeutic relationship, clients may explore how they uniquely experience their race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, class, and ability. For those who encounter injustice, psychotherapy may offer an opportunity to reflect on its sources and impacts.

Equipped with new insight, clients may find footing to move forward with greater intention and purpose. I aim to approach clients' diverse experiences with humility, curiosity, and compassion, and to collaborate with them to build a more equitable and inclusive world.
